FISHCOPFED is running its eight unit offices at Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Hyderabad,Raipur, Mumbai, Chennai, Patna and Banswara Rajasthan.

FISHCOPFED is having three water bodies at Guwahati/Jorhat (Assam) as Production-cum-Demonstration projects.

FISHCOPFED is having acquired five reservoirs on lease form the Fisheries, Department, Govt. of Odisha.

FISHCOPFED is implementing the PMSBY for Active fishers in all over the country.

FISHCOPFED is conducting training programmes for fishers with the financial assistance of Govt. of India/NFDB/NABARD/IFFCO in all over the country.

FISHCOPFED is organizing workshops on insurance and capacity building in several states.

FISHCOPFED is operating two trucks under the Post Harvest Scheme through its BBSR Regional Office and one mini truck through its Hyderabad Unit Office.

FISHCOPFED is engaged in the inter-state marketing of marine fish procured from Odisha state.

FISHCOPFED is marketing trout fish procured from Himachal Pradesh.

FISHCOPFED has developed a database of functional primary fisheries cooperatives of the country.

FISHCOPFED has been bringing out two journals-one bilingual quarterly journal namely “FISHCOOPS” and one Odia quarterly journal namely “Minaloka” which are supplied free of cost to the members.
